ABOUT ABOUT

Join us at The Bray as this summer’s Visiting Research Artist, Cannupa Hanska Luger, shares insight into his multidisciplinary practice, monumental installations, and social collaborations while discussing his ongoing partnership with The Bray and to establish a permanent Indigenous pit firing site on Bray grounds.

The Bray is committed to support the construction of this new site to become the first permanent Indigenous on-site presence; moreover, it will be a living monument to house an ongoing Indigenous clay program - the first Indigenous-designed and run ceramics facility in the region - for which The Bray will actively fundraise, recruit, promote, and support.

Our newly revamped Artist Amplified lecture and demonstration series allows artists and art enthusiasts to share their history, process, and conceptual motivations with the public through various presentation formats.

Advanced registration helps us prepare, but more importantly, helps us secure funding that makes this series possible.  Thank you in advance for taking the time to register!

Masks are encouraged but not longer required.   While The Bray will not be supplying food or drink, participants may choose to bring their own.  If you do, we ask you be mindful of any additional noise your snack choice could create.
